I have always been in a sales role of some kind. While I don't really consider Real Estate "sales" per se, the past positions I held in sales and sales management helped shape my business acumen for interacting and collaborating with people, which I find useful in selling real estate. Most importantly is listening to client needs, whether they are looking to buy or sell. Staying up to date on the industry is key to adding value to each client's situation. For first time buyers, they want to know about available grants and down payment assistance programs. Military veterans need to know about programs tailored to their unique situations, and seniors looking to downsize will appreciate an agent that has relationships with businesses to guide clients in the process and keep them from becoming overwhelmed. I like to have my clients consider me as their resource for just about anything related to real estate. I can't be all things to all people, but I can align myself with loan officers, junk haulers, electricians, plumbers, downsizers, cleaners and recommend movers. These relationships are like gold. It would be my honor to assist you or someone you know with your real estate needs.
